RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition.
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.
  • Returns not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind.

If your item isn’t right for you, we offer a credit note valid for three years. Refunds are not provided for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Return the item within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Ensure the product is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
  3. Contact our Customer Service team at hello@byzah.com.au for the return address.
  4. Package your item securely and include your name and order number inside the parcel.
  5. Once your return is received and accepted, you’ll be issued a store credit via email, valid for three years.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I PURCHASED THE INCORRECT SIZE?

If you’re unsure about sizing, we recommend reaching out to our Customer Experience team at hello@byzah.com.au before purchasing.

If you need to swap a size:

  • Return the item within 30 days of purchase.
  • Once received and accepted, a store credit valid for three years will be issued.

WORRIED ABOUT MISSING OUT ON YOUR SIZE?

To avoid missing out, we suggest repurchasing the correct size of the item right away.

  • Contact us at hello@byzah.com.au with your new order number and let us know you’ve repurchased.
  • Once your original item is returned, we’ll refund the original purchase (minus postage costs).

FAULTY ITEMS

If your product is:

  • Significantly different from its description, or
  • Has a major manufacturing fault that cannot be fixed/replaced,

We’re happy to assist with a store credit or refund. Refunds are not available for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Contact us at hello@byzah.com.au for further help.


RETURNS – AFTERPAY

When returning an item purchased via Afterpay:

  • You’ll still need to complete any outstanding payments.
  • Once the item is returned, you’ll receive a store credit for the full amount paid, which you can use immediately.
  • Store credits are valid for three years from the issue date.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT’S PLACED?

If you notice an issue with your order, please contact us immediately, and we’ll try to help. However, as our warehouse operates quickly, your order may already be packed and unable to be edited.


WHY DOES MY PRODUCT LOOK SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT FROM ONLINE PHOTOS?

  • Print products may vary in colour and position, which can affect their overall appearance.
  • Colours may appear slightly different due to lighting conditions or monitor settings.

We do our best to ensure items are as close to their true colour as possible.
